WHY DOES THIS SITE LOOK RETARDED?
I have become aware that on extra-large computer screens, the graphics on this site may appear to be distorted. To my knowledge, there is nothing you can do to fix this. You may want to try adjusting the screen resolution and see if that helps. Also, this site looks best in Internet Explorer, so you may want to use that instead of Netscape. And make sure your text size is set to medium.
